Delete your Beauty Concierge account

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Beauty Concierge account and the data associated with it. Beauty Concierge is operated by the Beauty Concierge team at platinum-skin.com. For questions, contact support@platinum-skin.com.

Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Beauty Concierge app (or visit platinum-skin.com) and sign in.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to Privacy & Data.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE in the confirmation box, then tap Delete forever.

Your account and data are deleted immediately. You'll be signed out and redirected to the login page.

Tip: you can export a complete JSON archive of your data before deleting. On the same Profile screen, tap Download My Data.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address registered on your account:

• To: support@platinum-skin.com
• Subject: Delete my account
• Body: state that you want your account deleted. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can verify and locate your account.

We'll verify the request is from the account owner, delete your account, and confirm by reply within 7 business days (usually within 24 hours).

Data that is permanently deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are removed from our production database immediately:

• Your profile, login credentials, and authentication records
• All skin scans, analysis results, scan photos, and trend history
• Your product collection, routine schedule, and daily routine logs
• All posts, comments, likes, and follows in the Community feed
• All product reviews you've written
• Style profile, Personal Color (Warm/Cool) result, and Fragrance DNA profile
• Lifestyle log entries (sleep, water, stress, menstrual cycle)
• AI-generated insights and correlation history linked to you
• Referral / invite records
• Reports you submitted and users you've blocked

Data that is retained (and why)

• Encrypted backups (up to 30 days): our database provider keeps rolling encrypted backups for disaster recovery. Your deleted data remains in those backups until they roll off automatically within 30 days of your deletion request. Backups are not accessible for normal operations and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
• Transaction records (up to 7 years, if applicable): if you've made a paid purchase, we retain minimal transaction records (amount, date, invoice number) as required by tax and accounting law. These records do not contain your scan photos, skin data, or behavioural data.
• Anonymized aggregate statistics (indefinitely): high-level counters (e.g. “total number of scans across all users”) retain no personal identifiers and do not reference your account after deletion.

What happens after deletion

• You cannot sign in with the deleted email address.
• You cannot recover deleted data. Export it beforehand if you want it.
• You're welcome to create a new Beauty Concierge account later with the same or a different email.
• Any Community posts you created remain anonymized (author = “Deleted user”) only if there are replies or likes that reference them; otherwise they are removed entirely.
